女特警狙擊手宋念與隊友并肩一起，與鉆石押運車劫匪展開激戰(zhàn)，特警隊隊長韓松雷為保護隊友身受重傷。宋念化悲痛為力量，隨后與劫匪槍手蘇雪、奸商張貌倫展開智勇斗爭，終于揭開鉆石劫案背后的陰謀，并將匪徒繩之以法。
